Hard cap by tier: mcap band, min 24h volume, min liquidity, age window. DEGEN keeps it sub-1.5M with +5% momentum; ATLAS demands $20M+ and 30d age. Off-band tokens never reach scoring.

Three z-scored signals blended by tier weights. Onchain (Dexscreener-style: price, smart buyers, volume). Farcaster (cast velocity per ticker). X mindshare via Checkr (attention share, influence concentration, Hawkes cascade). ATLAS leans 40% on X, DEGEN 5%.
▸ 4. Rug screen
Every survivor gets read on Base via viem: honeypot, mintable supply, pausable transfers, blacklist functions, deployer rug history. Hard blocks dropped silently. Soft flags (concentration, unverified contract, deployer age) surfaced as metadata.

Decrypts its AES-256-GCM wallet key, computes the diff vs current holdings, wraps ETH if needed, approves, swaps via SwapRouter02 (Aerodrome / Uniswap V3). Every tx on Base, public + indexed.
